We offer services in-person, virtually, and over the phone.
Coaching
Life Coaching is solution-focused and result-oriented. It is designed to help with planning for the future, setting goals and attaining success by implementing the plan. If you want to focus on personal development, create an action plan and learn new skills for effective living, seeing a life coach is a great place to start. Your life is precious and your goals are important.
Life Coach Doris Neufeld can help address personal, relational, vocational or educational goals.

Anger Management
Our professionally facilitated Anger Management Course can be facilitated individually, with a couple, or in a small group format.
In a Small Group Format.
- One, 7 hour group session. Facilitated Mark Westman, MA., this intensive is recognized in the Manitoba Courts. This program open to individuals looking to improve their anger responses, as well as to individuals mandated by their employer or the judicial system.
- This program is offered on Saturdays, once per month. Please inquire about upcoming session dates.
- One, 15-minute phone call is required prior to registration in the course to ensure it is right for you
- Each client receives a certificate of completion plus a referral letter.
Total Cost: $510 + GST
Individual Anger Management course
- Course material is specifically applied to the individuals personal situation and unique needs.
- Completed in 6 one-hour sessions, Like our group course, each client receives a certificate of completion plus a referral letter.
- Flexible scheduling. Can be scheduled with most counsellors.
Total Cost: $780 +GST ($130 + GST per one-hour session).
Couple’s Anger Management Course
As anger management skills can be directly impacted by a partner, many couples choose to participate in the program together to increase the benefits of the course.
Couples can expect to discuss how each member of the couple contributes to the conflict cycle. We find that this allows for mutual growth and understanding and quicker resolution to the inevitable conflicts that arise in intimate relationships.
- Completed in 6 one-hour sessions
Total Cost: $870 +GST ($135 + GST per one-hour session).

Couple's Intensive
Sometimes a crisis erupts and a couple is left hanging by tooth and nail. One approach that many couples have found helpful is intensive therapy intervention in either a one, two, or three-day course.
This “emergency” intensive serves the needs of couples who are struggling through the aftermath of various crisis, such as: an affair, sexual addiction, traumatic loss, victim of crime and/or abuse, etc.
Our Counsellors are well equipped to address your needs. As a couple you will experience the Counsellor’s undivided attention for your choice of one, two, or three days while learning skills and setting goals to successfully remain in your marriage. This is an opportunity to re-invent your marriage.
This intensive includes:
- The initial intake procedure.
- An individual counselling session for each of you, each day.
- Two counselling sessions as a couple each day.
- Assignments and exercises to work on during your own time, and as a couple.
3-day intensive (~20 hours): $2,730
• Savings of $315 compared to individual sessions.
2-day intensive: $1,820
• Savings of $210
1-day intensive (~7 hours) : $910
• Savings of $105
Potential issues to explore could include effective communication, decision making, finances, fidelity, porn activity or addiction, motional and/or physical affair, passion, family needs and parenting, conflict resolution, boundaries, arguing and fighting fairly, abuse, sexual mistreatment or marital rape, emotional or physical neglect, extended family issues, family history, grief and loss, employment issues or loss, failures and mishaps.

Sex Offender Rehab And Maintenance Program ("Sex Off-RAMP")
This out-patient program is for individuals seeking a safe environment to connect with others, stepping out of isolation, taking responsibility for their behaviour. This program is designed for individuals who are motivated to live according to the principles of restorative justice and healthy societal norms.
Goals of treatment are to:
- Accept responsibility for behaviours
- Develop awareness and understanding of consequences
- Engage in healthy relationships
- Protect the community from harm and to prevent further victims
- Live according to appropriate expectations and boundaries
- Subscribe to relapse prevention strategies
