Restorative Justice and Matters of the Law
Led by Gerry Goertzen, MA, our dedicated team of professional counsellors specializes in restorative justice and matters of the law. With a wealth of expertise, we provide expert services, guiding individuals and communities toward healing and resolution. We bring a humanitarian approach to our specialization in restorative justice by providing assistance for individuals as they walk through the justice system. Our services are available to the victim, the offender, and any others involved.
Criminal Court Related Services
We understand the legal system and can bring clarity to clients as they navigate the system. Services are provided for various legal involvements such as DUI’s, assault, domestic violence, fraud, sex offences, conspiracy, and murder.
Services may include collaborations with lawyers and with Manitoba Justice services, as well as but not limited to:
- Mental health assessment/Mental Status Exam
- Trauma recovery treatment
- Risk Assessment report
- Written assessments reports
- Pre-sentence report
- Expert witness
Civil Court Related Services
We offer professional help in domestic matters related to civil court, providing unbiased and culturally sensitive services including assessment and reports. Our services deliver clarity and insight that can aid in court processes when seeking a fair and remedial outcome in a wide array of situations.

- 5 Panel Drug + Alcohol Test: Cost per Test: $45
- 10 Panel Drug Test (without Alcohol): Cost per Test: $55
