Tracy
McMullin has a Bachelor
of Social Work degree
from the University of
Manitoba. She has five
years of experience counselling
individuals as well as
experience in group therapy,
adolescent/family counselling,
and couples therapy. Tracy
is a registered practitioner
with the Manitoba Institute
of Social workers and
the Canadian Association
of Social Workers.
Tracy's
approach to counselling
is a strengths/empowerment
perspective. She believes
in identifying and focusing
on client's individual
strengths to empower and
mobilize individuals towards
change. Some specialized
areas would be youth/family,
with focus on developmental/lifespan
adjustments to changes
within the family as a
system.
