Opening up can be one of the most challenging yet transformative experiences. I believe that authenticity is key to building a strong therapeutic relationship, which is why I aim to bring my genuine self into sessions to help foster a sense of trust and connection from the very beginning. I also strive to provide an empathetic and non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe sharing your vulnerabilities and exploring your deepest concerns.

As an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), I specialize in supporting individuals with ADHD. However, I have a breadth of training that allows me to support a variety of concerns you may have. Using an integrative, strengths-based approach, I focus on helping you identify and build strategies that harness your unique strengths, talents, and abilities to help you overcome challenges and achieve your goals.

Wherever you are in your journey, I am here to empower you to make changes in your life that support your unique path to healing and growth. Together, we can navigate life’s challenges and help you work towards experiencing a more fulfilling and authentic life.
